Day01: Kathamndu to China/Nepal borer to Old Tingri ---- L ----- Local guesthouse
Start your tibet tour from Kathmandu, capital of Nepal; drive upward to Nyelam town; stay overnight at Olt Tingri (also called Gangga)
D02: Old Tingri to New Tingri to EBC ---- B/L ----- Rongbuk guesthouse
Drive about 200 kilometers into the core of Everest; you can trek to Base Camp from Rongbuk, the trekking distance is about 4 kilometers (one-way trek)
D03: EBC to New Tingri to Sakya ------- B/L ------- Sakya local hotel
Drive about 300 kilometers to Sakya, if time allowed, do visit to Sakya monastery, which is the home monastery to Sakyapa sect of Tibetan Buddhism. during 13th and 14th centuries, Sakyapa sect ruled Tibet under the political support of Mongonian government
D04: Sakya to Shigatse ---- B/L ------- Shigatse Hotel or same level
Leave Sakya after tour at Sakya village and drive about 210 kilometers to Shigatse, the largest city in REar Tibet A.R.; in history, Shigatse is the residence place to successive Panchan Lamas. at Shigatse, visit Tashilunpo monastery, the biggest monastery in rear Tibet (Gelupa sect of Tibetan buddhism)
D05: Shigatse to Gyangtse to Lhasa ------ B/L -------- Lhasa 3* hotel
Drive 360 kilometers to Lhasa city. on the way, visit Gyangtse Kumbum monastery, 100,000 buddha image pagoda, Karola glaciers and Yangdrok lake
D06: Lhasa touring ----- B/L ----- Lhasa 3* hotel
In the morning, visit the grand - looking Potala Palace, which was built in the 7th century for the King. In the afternoon, visit Jokhang temple and stroll in the famous local bazaar - Parkhor street.
Day07: Lhasa sightseeing ------- B/L ---------------3* Shangbala Hotel
Visit the Tsepung monastery, which is the biggest monastery in Tibet. After lunch, visit Sera monastery and Tibet Museum. Enjoy the local performance with a Tibetan style dinner.
D08: Leaving Tibet ---- B
At the agreed time, sending you to Lhasa airport or Lhasa railway station, and you leave Tibet
