in western and northwestern Sichuan, tibetans is the major ethnic minority; granding looking monastic complex buildings, speading grassland, high mountains and deep vallies are its impressive features; for most tourists from western countries, they only know Tibet, in fact, the corner (between far east of Tibet, south of Qinghai and northwest of Sichuan) is the reincarnation place for Tibetan buddhism, in deep mountains and high moutain tops are sacattered numerous monastic buidling, which overlook the world under; these monasteris belong to Gelupa sect, Nyingmapa sect, Sakyapa sect, Kargyuelpa sect and Bon religion, which are the known sects of tibetan buddhism. |
