  5. profession / work
  6. passport copy (the passport page with your personal information and the passport photo)
  7. valid China visa
  8. write down your passport number (in case not clear on the fax of your passport)

  1. China visa must be in valid date; the signed visa cannot be extended inside Tibet A.R.
